This Terms of Use is a binding legal agreement you and other community members enter into as you take part in our online community. If you don’t agree with these conditions, you should discontinue participation in our online community as soon as possible.

The community member, and not Convio, Inc., is responsible for their own use of the site as well as their own behavior and conduct, and that of anyone who uses your user name and password to connect to the site. You are also responsible for contacting Convio, Inc. immediately if you discover that your user name and/or password has been jeopardized.

You further agree that Convio, Inc. can use and disclose the name you submit in connection with such content or materials, if it chooses.

4. Convio, Inc. has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content that is objectionable in its sole discretion.
